Qualified technicians will perform service when you own a Service Protection Advantage extended service plan. The technicians are trained to repair most products and will use only quality replacement parts.
Yes. We have a comprehensive service network and use only authorized technicians trained to repair all types and brands of products. If there is not a service technician in your area, you may qualify for a refund. See terms and conditions for details.
We are confident you will be completely satisfied with your extended service plan. But if not, you can cancel your plan at any time, no questions asked. This also applies to the Subscription-based extended service plans also. See the terms and conditions for refund calculations.
You may pay online and, over the phone by eCheck, Debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Orders over $50.00 may be eligible to be split into multiple payments. Additional discounts may be available depending on the length of your plan.
A Subscription Plan is a convenient way to protect against inflation by locking in today's rate with month to month billing. We will automatically charge your credit card or checking account each month, starting the month you purchase. That way there are no gaps in coverage and you don't have to worry about missing a payment. Some Subscription Plans may require a down-payment.

There is no wait or delay in coverage if you enroll while your product is still under the manufacturer's warranty period or covered by one of our service plans. If you wait until your warranty or extended service plan has already expired, then there is a 30-day waiting period before your coverage begins.
